Cabo De Rama Fort

Cabo de Rama is the oldest fort of the Goa state which was captured Portuguese by defeated Kings of Soonda. While this fort also switched to many ruler hand which includes Hindu, Portuguese and Muslim. When Portuguese ruler got this fort they used 21 guns to protect fort from invaders. They also made a church inside of the church of Santo Antonio which is now well condition and devotees come continue to prayer. This fort also used to prison purpose till 1955 but now abandon and come several tourists to visit it. This is situated in south Goa district which nearest beach is Colva and Canacona stretch.
